Default symptoms with no reason

hi!, Im just going to be honest , be as honest as I can even with myself.
Ive been suffering with horrible back pain for years(without writing a book), It has gotten much worse recently, I have been told I have 0 curvature left in my neckand DDD in my back/neck , (I have awful muscle type pain in both sides of my neck as well as muscle/ stress type pain and all through my shoulder blades up into the back of my neck to the points into the back of my head, by back pain feels like someone taking a vice and twisting it up into my spine which than radiates down into my hips, the more I do the tighter and worse it gets. Im 34 in good shape exercised my whole life and eat releativly healthy. Theres no reason for the awful pain I feel on a daily basis, latley Ive noticed its really impacting a lot of parts of my life ,I have 3 kids 10,6,3 . The pain is getting me down although my own natural treatments do help .(Im a very into anything natural) I find the lack of support and understanding (even from my own husband) I downing. My mother was recently diagnosed with fibro and I have pretty much all the same symtoms,so I do have her although I think it bothers her I have to deal with this. Just in the past month out of nowhere I started having such pain in my fingers, and elbows, wrists and shoulder joints it makes it hard to even type.(diffrent things seem to flare up intemittenly, but kind of always there if that makes any sense.) now I notice even my knees on the inside will feel tender and hurt when bending at them. In the middle of ruling out anything they can with a blood test. I just wish I could get answers and some understanding from ppl. It feels like noone believes me or somthing., I think Ive finally made a breakthrough with a new dr. after one that just treated me as if I was just to young for anything to be wrong and I was lying or somthing. I dont think my husband really understands , he thinks Its just a regualr backache. I try to tell him about it but he usually just says "yeah mine hurts too" or "since you think you have it now you do" and I find it really hurtful. Just looking to talk to others with the same sort of issues etc. Thanks for listening.what are some natural remidies you do that help, thinking of chiropractic and possibly massage ty. I think just talking to others will be helpful too TIA

hi Mamacita

I'm new to the forum too, I'm recovering from my pain - your story sounds very familiar to me and I believe I know the reason for so many people's pain.

All my pain was due to my body being misaligned and imbalanced because I did not use my main muscles of movement, the 5 paired muscles that are key to physical health.

So there was stress on muscles where it shouldn't have been, changes in my connective tissue in a response to injury and as it attempted to provide the support I lacked caused my body to become increasingly tense and sore over the years. Old injuries never really healed, the traumas built up, pain levels increased which left me in a deep depression for years.

I learned to release the pain by focusing firstly on my Base-Line muscles. Pelvic floor Base, rectus abdominis Line. Our core pillar of strength.

Activating these muscles, thinking stronger and longer with every in-breath and practicing the roll-down movement let me start connecting mind and body and awaking my sense of conscious proprioception, feeling the relative position of my body in relation to my Base-Line.

It was a few months before I could start working with the other main muscles of movement, gluteus maximus and rectus femoris in the legs. trapezius for the upper body.

It took a long time to move through the restrictions in my connective tissue, regaining my natural range of movement and slowly healing myself by releasing the pain but I feel so much better than I ever have.

I've been working on my website to share my experiences, it's still a work in progress but it's time for me to share!

Please try thinking about your Base-Line muscles, it may take time but it's changed my life!

Leigh

thankyou for your response, I have done PT and will be doing it again, I also do stretches and try to align my pelvic/hip by doing the things I learned in PT keeping my core tight etc. we'll see if when I go back it helps or not. unfortunatley It is quite depressing I find I cant do what I would like Im left in pain and exhausted. Im at my wits end and have no where to turn, I even called a pain specialist and she informed me "good luck finding a dr. that can help you" (she was raided for having 4 patients on pain meds) Ill check it out as Im open to trying anything. Thankyou
