Do you think it is fibromyalgia

It's really best to see a doctor familiar with fibro to help you determine what you have. You are describing some things that some fibro patients have, but other ailments can produce these symptoms, too.

If the pain has only been with you for 10 days, I believe you might have a difficult time getting a FM diagnosis from a physician. That is just not long enough for it to have gone on. When I called for my first appointment with a rheumatologist I was told the soonest I would be seen is in six weeks. I have read that other specialists also delay the first appointment for several weeks. Apparently this is because sometimes a bout of pain is caused by muscle strain or other conditions that are not rheumatic in origin, and the delayed examination allows time for those to resolve. FM is a diagnosis made by ruling out other conditions, so if pain is present for such a short time, it's not likely a doctor would jump right to an FM diagnosis. I understand that anxiety, though, wondering about your health, so seeing your primary care doctor and telling her/him what is going on is the best start, I think.

Give it time. It may be something temporary. Don't spend time worrying about it because that is not good for you at all. It may not be anything to be concerned about.
