London & Area Fibromyalgia Self-Help Support Group
As a response to a growing need and the lack of resources, our group was founded in November 2014, with an initial membership of 11. We now have over 35 members. We hold bi-monthly meetings on a Sunday from 2-5pm, with a social component to it.
We do not have a permanent location for our meetings yet, but so far have been meeting at Rowntree Memorial United Church at 156 Elliott Street London.
Membership is FREE. Our support group offers a welcoming, inclusive, supportive environment in a safe space.
Members are encourage to support, show compassion, build camaraderie and help others local affected by Fibromyalgia and chronic pain.
