    any treatment to fight CFS and fatigue?

    Please...im desperate. Does anyone have treatments for fatigue? OTHER THAN "eat healthy, excersice, stretch" I do all of those and im still in (what I like to call..) mini-comas most of my life.     Losing my mind,my man,my family, my job etc
