Hi 30. I know what you mean. I used to dislike dismal rainy days immensely because I lived for much too long in a place where that was the normal weather year around, and I found it terribly depressing.
Now I live in the desert, and when it rains everyone is happy about it, including me.
As for lack of sleep, that is always a not-good thing. Is this a common problem for you, or only occasional?

No, I forgot my Breathe-Right strip. Last night was a lot better except for waking up at 2 am with pains in my hands and wrists. Applied some pain relief ointment and today dipped them in hot paraffin wax. It helped!
