No meds yet, off to the docs tonight but reluctant to go on anything as have just come off anti depressants for postnatal depression

Try some holistic therapy maybe, headspace app is great or I find mindfulness really helpful to relax me, take away the pain and finally fall asleep. Good luck

Are you on anti depressants drugs by any chance? I had electric shock feelings in my hands and face when taking them, not nice, thankfully haven't had them since coming off them and am very reluctant to go back on them to treat fibro...
