ive lived with cfs/fibro for many years. i had cfs as a child, at 23 after attempting to do two jobs i experienced burnout for a whole summer and was diagnosed as having a light brush with cfs. at 25 i was put in intensive care by "mono" or glandular fever.
by 27 i had two compressed discs in lower back L1 & L5. at 32 i got diagnosed properly as CFS and fibro at 34. had to give up fulltime work 15yrs ago and i volenteer at a local charity a few hours a week.
