Jay, Just curious if you have had any problems sleeping and how has your energy level been. For me, I have a terrible time sleeping and most of the morning my energy feels just drained. Not to mention the full body pain that I am dealing with.

Hi Sage, I know what you mean when you mention the weather. I live in Michigan. Been living with FM for about 2 years and was just diagnosed on Aug 19th this year. Finding that FM is so unpredictable. Can come and go at the blink of an eye. God Bess, Bob

My pain is from my head to my toes. My worse pain is my rib cage including my chest. Everyday I deal with this for the first hour after I get up and that is usually around 5 AM. Until the pain medication kicks in. I basically sit in my recliner in the living room on a heating pad on lower...

When working in the garden, I don't notice the pain much, It's the exhaustion that gets to me after about 10 minutes. If I sit down and rest a while, then I am good to go again for another 10 minutes.

I have been taking Vicodin for two years. Only to give me a break from the pain. I value the precious moment I can enjoy the day with out pain. The pain and exhaustion wear me down in no time. :-)
