Sometimes I don't cope. The pain knocks me back and I now suffer from depression with associated anxiety. I have days where I'll stay in bed. Days where I'll take some ibuprofen to ease the pain. I'm probably a joy to live with. Ask my wife. But yeah, at least after 30 years, I know what's wrong...

I suffer from depression and anxiety. I'm on medication for just this. My wife hears me describe my pain and sometimes suggests fibromyalgia but I've been told depression can cause pains too. It leaves me confused basically. What do you think?

I probably hesitate joining forums such as this as I fear I'll become a bit of a hypochondriac but I'm also unsteady on my feet and have chronic aches and pains in my body.
