Anyone get a FEVER that won't end?

Gee thanks to all of you for your thoughts. Consensus is that it's not the fibro, ok can deal with that. Going to see my rheumatologist and my brand-shiny-new-Infectious Disease doc this coming week and next. I will keep you all posted as to the findings, etc. To reply to the above posts, I...

    Are you awake a lot

RE: "I am an insomniac, and I agree, it messes with the fibro and auto-immune issues I have. Melatonin doesn't seem to touch it. I'll have to write down the other herbs and see whether those help. I'm on a bunch of different heart meds, as well as steroid for colitis flare, and anti-inflammatory...

Has anyone been treated with antiviral drugs!

Plaquenil is an anti-malaria drug. Used in RA and sometimes other autoimmune disease. It's not an anti-viral. Just making sure the posts are clear is all, mean no offense.

Be careful. The reason they don't use doxy anymore is due to the side effects, per my *new* rheumie. But my *old* rheumie tried it on me as a last ditch effort to help me. The side effects I experienced were truly awful. And apparently not that rare cuz they rolled their eyes at me in the...

    Hello From Milwaukee WI

Thanks for your warm welcome katie-opny, No Fentanyl was not a first decision, it's a last ditch effort at pain control....next comes the interthecal infusion pump. In addition to FMS/ME I've got several other chronic pain conditions so the opioids are a cross to bear yes, but they do help so...
