I'm similar, the cold makes it waaay worse. Heat and pressure seem to work well, I only leave it on for.like.half an hour and usually by then it's lost it's heat lol. I think it's been worse lately souly due to the weather here lately. Typical really 😂

Hey guys, I've recently been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and basically just want to know more about it I guess and how to manage it. I live in the NW of the UK with my husband, who has been amazing. And I've had symptoms since I was about 12 and I'm now 28 lol... So yeah, hi:)
