I am 50 years old , recently diagnosed last Wednesday by the rheumatologist. I was kind of relieved to finally have a diagnosis. I have osteoarthritis as well. I am doing aquafit once a week and the rheumatologist wants me to go 4 times/ week which is challenging for me. Any suggestions?
