    Running out of Ideas

    Have had Fibro for 23 years, did okay on meds nortryptaline, Cymbalta, savella, ...but became tolerant of those and now started Effexor , a little help after three weeks..will it work better if I stay on it? Lots of low back and hip nerve pain.
