    Physiotherapy help anyone?

    Yes, I've found physical therapy very helpful at times. However. I have also been pushed too hard by therapists, which it seems like happened to you. You can let them know not to push you so hard because you had pain and/or you can find a new therapist.

    Coconut oil is antiviral and antifungal, so it can help with these kinds of chronic or acute infections. I use it to prevent or speed recovery with acute illnesses such as colds but haven't seen an overall difference.

    CoQ10 improvement anyone?

    I'm on CoQ10 daily for my tension-related migraines. My headache specialist actually recommended it and it seems to help. It is a different brand but they are fairly standardized.
