    Sensation you have jammed your finger?

    YES! I had this today -- no kidding. As I tried to think of how to describe to my husband, I said, "OHH, it's like a basketball just hit my fingers instead of catching it properly." Jammed finger. It went away eventually, during the next hour or two I think.

    Fatigue and Job

    I'm on the verge of leaving my part-time work after having a baby. Baby + work = too much with fibro. Before fibro, I think I could've totally handled working part-time while being a full-time stay-at-home mom but as soon I started working again my fibro went to a new level.

    YUP: I started training in powerlifting and teaching 7 yoga classes a week. I felt AWESOME for two years, set 14 records in powerlifting, and had one of the most popular yoga classes.
