Went to work and a nice easy day, commercial customer with list of repairs and service items-easy.
Coming upto lunch time and flat floor right ankle went crunch and hot ( just had left operated on) 111 app says go to nearest minor injuries unit and if a repeat of previous time it will be a cat boot and crutches.
Beginning to find this tedious, so carried on with work looking like quasimodo
