Fibromyalgia Sweats??

I am never never ever cold! I’m always HOT except at night. Thank goodness for that! Gabapentin has helped my RLS and neuropathy tremendously but done nothing for the daytime sweating.

I have had my thyroid checked multiple times and the numbers are always in the normal range. I do have a large nodule on my thyroid that was biopsied and that also came back negative. I have always been convinced that I have an issue, but the test results show nothing.
