Day 20

This day was special because it is fall here and the leaves are so beautiful this year. It reminds me of when I was young and walked these same streets jumping into and wading through mountains of red and yellow, gold and brown leaves. I feel at home here now, where as a kid I never felt welcome.

I don't like looking back at my childhood, as it was not a happy one. I was a sad and lonely child, and it seems strange now that so many of the ones who did not want to know me when I was young, now are trying to be my friend.

Always Searching

I'm new to this sight and look forward to sharing information. I first saw symptons a little less than 6years ago. I was a healthy active, busy mother and farmwife with a part-time job I loved. I tried to tough things out thinking it was related to approaching menopause. When it got to the point I could not pick up a gallon of milk with out bringing tears to my eyes
because of the pain I knew something was wrong. Have several tests to eliminate other things,I was diagnosed with Fibro.

I have Fibromyalgia

Quoting my post in a group:

Hello,
I am new here, but I am here to tell you my story and continue to tell how I live with fibromyalgia and it's complications.

Day 19

Reason:
Now what does that mean? Well most times when we are on a forum and our wording or link additions get deleted we never know why. It is just gone and we don't understand and sometimes we are just plain mad. That is the reason for this special blog post.

Day 18

I think of each one of you on this site as a new friend. after all we share the same symptoms and strange pains, and yet we are different in many ways, which is a good thing.

Some folks think wouldn't it be great if we were all alike. What a boring world that would be, no one to share a thought with or exchange opinions. We would always be in agreement on everything and not even know why and have no feelings to vent. lol

Day 17

These last weeks have been very busy with garden work. My garden did well and supplied me with an array of produce mostly in the salad department. I had planted cherry tomatoes and was blessed with a truckload. More tomatoes then I knew what to do with. Then I started looking up recipes that I could make to use them up, like spagetti sauce and stewed tomatoes, that worked well for the ripe ones but I had many more green ones that needed to be used for something quickly, anything at all would do.

Day 16

I am so very tired. That is a strange way to start a blog post, but these last few weeks have been maddening while I race from one task to the next.

I call it racing, but dragging would be a better term. Everything is happening at once and as you who have fibro know that is not a good thing.
It is canning season now, but in the last few weeks it was berry picking time. I picked blueberries and blackberries, then got rhurbarb. Then picked a few more blackberries.

Day 15

Today was a beautiful day, after a week of very chilly weather. the sun was shining and the slight breeze was warm. It was a good day.

Day 14

The weather of late has been beautiful and I have been using my photography talents to create beautiful photo's of wildlife for note cards and maybe a few teeshirts & mugs.

Baby fawns are so cute and funny. They come in my backyard to eat fallen apples and romp and play silly games like young children. I enjoy the wild creatures.

Nothing new

I havn't been on here for awhile so thought I would come back and give a bit of an update. Still plodding along ok. Still trying to find a doctor who at least tries to understand how I feel with no luck. :-( If anyone is in the manly west area and has a good doctor please let me know. :?: nothing much is happening in my life right now so I will leave it at that because I can't think of anything else to write.
