Dangers of aspartame and caffeine

Wanted to let everyone know (in case you don’t already know), for me, too much caffeinated coffee (more than 4 cups) and any amount of aspartame ( such as more than two sips of diet soda) gives me fibromyalgia pain big time!!!

As with everything else, this will apply to some people and not to others.
As always, it is recommended that everyone do their own experimentation to see what their specific pain triggers are.
Caffeine is actually helpful for some people. Aspartame, being an artificial sweetener, is probably best avoided, because many people find that chemical additives in foods, and artificial foods in general, increase their symptoms.
