@tricky43 , this essentially is the same question that you have posed before very recently, just worded a little differently.
Please do not post the same question more than once, as it can cause confusion and is annoying to other members.
As stated previously to you when you posted about your lightheadedness, this is something you need to be seeing a doctor about, as it could be a symptom of something serious. It is not a symptom that is generally associated with fibromyalgia.
