I hope you get a reply from someone who knows a person to recommend.
But if you don't, you might try going online and searching the names of some practitioners in your area, and reading their patient reviews. This is, at least, a good way to weed out anyone who has bad reviews, and is something I always do when looking for a medical practitioner, although it might not necessarily lead you to someone who is just right for your friend.
