It's called post exertion malaise. I find a heart monitor really helps. I wish I could find mine. I'm in a bad flare and need to see what it says. You find the range for a healthy person and then you stay at the very bottom range. It's great for those days when you feel good and want to push it. It tells you to slow down. And some days you will feel you are working out too hard and it shows that's not true. Just going up a slight incline it jumps up.
