I am 51 years old & was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in June 2006, although I had fibro for several years before.
Since being diagnosed I have also developed Crohn's disease, Tronchanteric bursitis in my hips, Poly- Myalgia rheumatica and an currently under investigation for arthritis :-(
Looking forward to hearing other peoples experiences and any useful tips.
I did a pain rehabilitation course in 2006 & would highly recommend this to others. Ask your GP about this.
