Just last spring I started using medical cannabis for the treatment of my Fibro pain. I have found it very helpful and am interested in the experiences of others who have been using it as well. Within a very short amount of time I was able to cease taking opiate pain medicine, and I now rely almost exclusively on medical cannabis in combination with CBD. I also take Advil and a muscle relaxer at times for certain kinds of back pain, but I have found the medical cannabis to be most of the time the best thing I have tried so far.
I do realize it won't work so well for everyone, although I wish it would. And, of course, it is not legal everywhere, although I am hoping that will change if enough people work on it.
For me, there have been times when it has taken a debilitating pain away within 5 minutes, as if it were magic. But of course, it's not always that effective, and I am still experimenting with what, and how much, and when it works the best. I use tinctures only, because I won't damage my lungs by inhaling smoke or vapor. I am working on making my own tinctures as well.
Anyone else here have experiences, whether good or not good, with medical cannabis that you would like to tell?
