I'm Brian, twenty-something world traveler currently based in France.

I have a close friend who was diagnosed with fibromyalgia several years ago. She struggles with it and I would like to learn more about this disease. I hope to meet others to exchange experiences and to get good advice.

Welcome to the forum Brian,
I am sure as you read around the topic's you will find plenty of ideas to share with your friend about living and dealing with fibro. There are countless things others have used to ease pain and get a good nights rest, etc. Maybe you could introduce your friend to this site as well. We have a great support group here that trys to encourage everyone and help them get through the day.
