Lryica did help me, probably only 50%. But the side effects and weight gain (my spine can’t handle the extra weight) were too much so a tapered off them after my brain fog and memory had gotten really bad.
My pain specialist told me it can take up to 7 to 9 months for that to return to normal. I just thought wow if that one pain med could do that and I was on a few. Then it’s time to loose the big meds.

already had brain fog that with Hashimoto's use KH3 (GH3 in the US- increases the blood flow to the brain) to overcome that and also do regular brain exercises on NeuroNation which help have an increase in brain function since starting on both. Lyrica can give you fluid retention but have had that for long before I started Lyrica

I use a compounding cream from a pain management physician. It helps a lot, and no side effects
